I used to know very little about energy healing. What I did know was that I wanted to help others using this but I didn't have that 'special gift'. All the programs I found were so intimidating, expensive, and very time-consuming. I was searching for a program that would teach me the basics but would also give me enough value for me to feel confident in what I was doing. After trying to figure things out on my own, searching for YouTube videos, and attending different trainings, I knew there had to be a better way. Hello, I'm Courtney! I've been using energy healing in my life for over 14 years now. I've helped so many people heal from things in their past using this method. I used my experience as a certified elementary teacher, my love of teaching, and everything I learned on my own energy healing journey, to build this program for you. Module 4

How to start a session

Before you can work on someone, you need to know how to ask their body permission.
In here you will learn how to do that, along with moving their energy around so they are ready to start.
What happens if they shut you out though? We teach you how to handle that in here too.

MODULE 7

General energy clearing

There is so much more to energy healing than only knowing about chakras and auras. In this module, you will learn about how a person's history
can have an effect on them. You will also get a basic understanding of generational work and how to clear things out that have been passed down.
We also focus on the body's physical systems and seasons, the connections we make to others, and how to help someone with seasonal allergies.

MODULE 9

Visualization types

Learn about the different walls we put up around ourselves to keep us safe and functioning. Then learn how to take them all down so the healing can begin. Here we focus on protection walls and heart walls.
We also teach you how to take them down with and without having to visualize them.
